硷性尿的PCO-2较血中的PCO_2高(二者之差简写作U—B PCO_2)。Arruda、Stinebaugh、Tam和DuBose等人对其机制研究颇深。由于技术上的缘故,关于人尿PCO_2的研究报道很少,大部分的报道都是动物实验。而关于尿的PO_2至今尚未有人报道过。很明显,尿气测定还远不能用于临床。本文介绍人尿PCO_2和PO_2(以下简写作PuCO_2和PuO_2)的改良测定法,并详细报道正常人吃蚕豆后和急性肾衰病人PuCO_2、PuO_2和尿PH的变化。
Alkaline urine PCO-2 higher than the blood PCO_2 (the difference between the two short for the U-B PCO_2). Arruda, Stinebaugh, Tam and DuBose et al. Studied their mechanism deeply. Due to technical reasons, there are few reports about PCO2 in human urine. Most of the reports are animal experiments. PO_2 on urine has not been reported yet. Obviously, urinalysis is far from clinical. This article presents an improved method for the determination of urinary PCO_2 and PO_2 (hereinafter abbreviated as PuCO_2 and PuO_2), and details the changes of PuCO_2, PuO_2 and urinary pH in normal people after eating broad bean and acute renal failure.
