作为理科类课程的老师,在课堂上离不开讲解题目。为了让学生不对难题有畏惧心理,老师可能会在细致讲解后加一句“大家看这道题是不是蛮简单的”。出发点是好的,让学生面对难题有攻克它的信心,但有时候却适得其反。学生会觉得我连简单题都不会做,从而失去学习兴趣和信心。作为班主任,在班级管理中会交给学生干部一些工作和任务。这些工作学生不一定能完成,势必来请教班主任怎么开展。班主任会尽心尽责地教学生,可能到最后还会加一句“某某,遇事不要着急,你看我们这么一讨论这事还是蛮简单的”。学生问题解决了,师生关系在讨论中融洽了。但也有可能导致学生依赖班主任,遇事都要请教,缺乏主动性等问题。
