以“肿瘤抑制率”为指标,观察不同剂量(50%和75%)混合新鲜生蔬菜汁(小白菜、菠菜、莴苣叶)对小鼠艾氏腹水癌(实体型)和肉瘤180(实体型)的抑制作用。结果提示,菜汁对艾氏腹水癌(实体型)的抑制率,两剂量组分别为29.44%和38.83%;对肉瘤180(实体型)抑制率,两剂量组分别为28.70%和43.36%。混合蔬菜汁对两种不同的肿瘤抑制率均随剂量的增加而增强。
Tumor inhibition rate was used as an index to observe the effect of different fresh vegetable juice (cabbage, spinach and lettuce leaves) mixed with different dosages (50% and 75%) on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (solid type) and sarcoma 180 ) Inhibition. The results showed that the inhibitory rate of vegetable juice on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (solid type) was 29.44% and 38.83% in the two dose groups, respectively, and that of the 180 (solid type) sarcoma was 28 in the two dose groups respectively. 70% and 43.36%. The inhibitory rates of mixed vegetable juice on two different tumors were increased with the increase of dosage.
