随着生活水平的提高,人的平均寿命延长,急性脑血管病患病率越来越高.关于该病的预后问题,已引起了人们的关注.本文对影响该病近期预后的因素进行了探讨.1 资料与方法.1.1 临床资料1.1.1 一般资料:97例患者均为1992年1月～1994年12月急性发病1周内入院.脑梗塞76例,脑出血21例.男70例,女27例.年龄40～88岁,平均65岁.1.1.2 诊断标准:根据急性脑血管病分类试行草案,且有头颅CT扫描证实.
With the improvement of living standards, the average life expectancy of people is prolonged, and the prevalence of acute cerebrovascular disease is getting higher and higher.As for the prognosis of the disease, people’s attention has been drawn.In this paper, the factors affecting the recent prognosis of the disease Discussion.1 Data and methods 1.1 Clinical data 1.1.1 General information: 97 patients were admitted to hospital within 1 week of acute onset from January 1992 to December 1994. Cerebral infarction in 76 cases, cerebral hemorrhage in 21 cases, male and 70 cases , 27 females aged 40 to 88 years old, average 65 years old.1.1.2 diagnostic criteria: according to the experimental classification of acute cerebrovascular disease draft, and cranial CT scan confirmed.
