十八届三中全会后,很多人都在从不同角度诠释市场决定性作用的涵义。的确,在全面深化改革进程中,准确理解这一提法的含义,对于把握改革的精髓具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。《现代汉语词典》对“决定性”的解释为,“对产生某种结果起决定作用的性质”;《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》则解释为,“对某种情况的最后结果起重要作用”。这二者并无实质性区别。
