南水北调中线一期工程总干渠黄河北～美河北辉县第二施工标段全长6.3km,渠道采用全断面C20混凝土衬砌,渠坡混凝土衬砌厚度10cm,渠底混凝土衬砌厚度8cm,采用PQJ-Ⅱ型排振滑膜式坡面砌筑机施工,混凝土面磨光采用MGJ-6坡面磨光机,混凝土切缝采用7.5kW马路切割机。施工全过程实现了自动化、标准化,保证了施工质量,提高了施工效率。
The second phase of the main course of the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the main channel of the North Yellow River from Beihe to Meiche, is 6.3km in length with C20 concrete lining of full cross section, 10cm of concrete lining of canal slope and 8cm of concrete lining at the canal bottom. PQJ- Vibrating sliding membrane type slope masonry construction, concrete surface polished with MGJ-6 slope polishing machine, concrete cutting with 7.5kW road cutting machine. The entire process of construction to achieve automation and standardization to ensure the construction quality and improve the construction efficiency.
