Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Commission of Economic Information jointly issued the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for Industrial and Information Development in Zhejiang Province” (Zhejiang Caizhi [2014] No. 189).
