正常人体外实验姜黄素浓度为1×10~(-4)M/L,显著抑制血小板聚集,抑制率为35.4%(P<0.01)。大鼠灌胃五天后(剂量分别为20、40、60、80mg/kg·d)与对照组相比,血小板聚集作用减弱,血浆粘度和全血粘度降低。其中以40mg/kg·d组抑制血小板聚集作用最强,抑制率为34.6%(P<0.05)。继续增加给药量,抑制作用未见进行性增强。在低切变率(37.5S~(-1))条件下,降低全血和血浆粘度作用显著,而高切变率(150S~(-1))时,无显著性差异。
Normal human curcumin concentration in vitro was 1×10 -4 M/L, which significantly inhibited platelet aggregation. The inhibition rate was 35.4% (P<0.01). Five days after intragastric administration of rats (at doses of 20, 40, 60, and 80 mg/kg·d), platelet aggregation was reduced and plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity were reduced compared with the control group. Among them, the inhibition of platelet aggregation was the strongest in the 40 mg/kg·d group, and the inhibition rate was 34.6% (P<0.05). Continue to increase the dose, no progressive enhancement of inhibitory effects. Under the condition of low shear rate (37.5S-1), the effect of reducing whole blood and plasma viscosity was significant, but there was no significant difference in high shear rate (150S-1).
