“,”Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and correlation analysis of psychological flexibility and self-efficacy in patients with low vision. Methods:A total of 130 patients with low vision admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study, and 130 patients with normal vision who underwent a physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy control group. The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used to evaluate the mental resilience and self-efficacy of the two groups of subjects, and the influencing factors of mental resilience and self-efficacy of patients with low vision were analyzed, as well as the correlation between them. Results:The CD-RISC and GSES scores of patients in low vision group were lower than those in healthy control group, and the psychological flexibility and self-efficacy of patients in low vision were at a low level. The psychological resilience of patients with low vision was affected by the level of education, monthly income, medical payment, attitude towards disease and family support.Self-efficacy was affected by monthly income level, medical payment method, attitude toward disease and family support status. There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and psychological flexibility in patients with low vision (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with low vision are at a low level, and the influencing factors of them have a high consistency, the patient's self-efficacy is positively correlated with the psychological resilience, the clinical intervention can improve the patient's self-efficacy through effective intervention, and improve the quality of life of patients with low vision.
