60年代末,我公司建造的中小型厂房的屋面结构多数由钢筋混凝土三角形组合屋架、倒L型钢筋混凝土檩条、预应力混凝土槽瓦屋面组成。这种类型的屋面在目前普遍地出现下列弊病: 1. 槽瓦内表面大部分出现纵、横方向裂缝,个别因保护层不足,预应力钢丝已外露并锈蚀; 2. 混凝土檩条间距较稀,槽瓦较长,曾发生槽瓦断裂后掉落的安全事故; 3. 槽瓦交接处上面的“龙瓦”出现程度不同的滑移;
At the end of the 1960s, most of the roof structures of small and medium-sized factories built by our company consisted of reinforced concrete triangular trussed trusses, inverted L-shaped reinforced concrete purlins, and prestressed concrete tile roofs. The following disadvantages are commonly encountered in this type of roofing: 1. Vertical and horizontal cracks appear in most of the inner surface of the slot. In some cases, due to lack of protective layers, the prestressed steel wire is exposed and rusted. 2. The spacing of concrete purlins is relatively thin. Slots are longer and there have been safety incidents where the tiles fall after being broken. 3. Slips with different degrees of “rough tile” appearing above the junction of the slot tiles;
