从50年代初到80年代初的30年里,我国林业经济研究一直是以前苏联的林业经济学体系为蓝本的。自80年代中期实施对外开放政策以来,这种情形发生了变化,我国的林业经济工作者开始有条件系统地了解和比较世界各国林业经济研究体系,重新构造中国林业经济学体系的条件逐渐成熟了。近些年来,我国已经出版了一批颇有新意的林业经济学论著,田宝强先生撰写、黑龙江人民出版社出版的《中国林业经济增长与发展研究》就是其中的一本。
From the early 1950s to the early 30s, the study of China’s forestry economy has been modeled on that of the former Soviet Union’s forestry economics system. Since the implementation of the policy of opening up to the outside world in the mid-1980s, this situation has changed. Our country’s forestry economy workers have started to systematically understand and compare the research systems of forestry economy in various countries in the world. The conditions for reforming China’s forestry economics system have gradually become mature . In recent years, China has published quite a number of quite innovative treatises on forestry economics, written by Tian Baoqiang and “Research on the Growth and Development of China’s Forestry Economy” published by Heilongjiang People’s Publishing House.
