上海集振印刷厂有限责任公司的前身是闸北区经委系统下属的一家集体企业,连年亏损。2000年12月,改制为民营企业。现在公司主要经营商标、药品不干胶印刷业务。目前,共有在岗职工88人,其中在编27人,外聘8人,外来务工人员53人,外来务工人员占全部职工的60%。近年来,在全体职工的共同努力下,改制后的企业从亏损走向盈利,从盈利走向发展,企业的年产值从改制前的600万元上升到去年的1800万元,今年上半年的产值已达到1千万元。在企业的发展过程中,我们深切体会到,外来务工人员是企业生存、稳定、发展的新生力量和骨干力量。在公司党政的大力支持和团支部的积极配合下,工会将工作重点放在外来务工人员上,努力维护好外来务工人员的劳动权、学习权、发展权,着力保障外来务工人员权益,从而在企业内部建立了和谐的劳动关系。
