目的对烟草生产企业作业工人的心理状况进行调查,为制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对绵阳市某大型烟草企业的作业工人进行自评,应用描述性统计和2个独立样本t检验进行数据分析。结果该企业作业工人SCL-90结果的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执7个因子得分均高于全国常模;接害车间工人SCL-90总均分,躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执7个因子得分均高于其他车间工人。结论该卷烟生产企业作业工人的心理状况不容乐观,工作压力及作业环境等因素是工人心理健康的主要影响因素,应针对其影响因素制定干预措施。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of workers in tobacco production enterprises and provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods The SCL-90 questionnaire was used to evaluate the self-assessment of workers in a large-scale tobacco enterprise in Mianyang City. Descriptive statistics and two independent samples t test were used to analyze the data. Results The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoid of SCL-90 were higher than those of the national norms. SCL- The factors of compulsion, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoid were all higher than other workshop workers. Conclusion The working conditions of workers in this cigarette manufacturing enterprise are not optimistic. The factors such as work pressure and working environment are the main influencing factors of workers’ mental health. Interventions should be made according to the influencing factors.
