汾河二库工程主要有大坝工程、发电洞工程、水电站工程、防渗墙工程及其他L程．山西省水利建设工程局（以下简称水工局）领导狠抓工程施工进度．为了实现省委、省政府提出的“投资不突破、质量创一流、工期提前完”的目标，省水工局在施工组织设计中提出的施工进度计划的大框架下，本着“日保旬、旬保月、月保季、季保年”的精神，对各个分项单位工程施工计划进行细化，保证年度或季度以及单位工程施工组织设计所确定的总进度计划实施顺利完成，也为年度、季度内劳动力、机械设备、预制构件、各种加工订货、主要材料等的供应提供依据．
