目的了解北京市昌平区餐饮业18岁以上的厨师血脂异常现患率,为进一步制定血脂异常预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,随机抽取餐馆、宾馆、饭店等单位的18~60岁的常住厨师,在过去1年内于当地居住超过6个月的,包括非北京户口的所有在京人员,进行一对一的询问调查及集中进行医学健康检查。结果共调查昌平区餐饮业厨师758人,血脂异常率为50.26%。辖区餐饮业厨师血脂异常率随年龄的增长而升高(P<0.05)。男性高于女性(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、腹型肥胖是血脂异常的危险因素。结论昌平区餐饮业18岁以上的厨师的血脂水平和血脂异常患病率较高。中年以上是重点防治人群,应采取必要干预措施,降低血脂异常的发生。
Objective To understand the prevalence of dyslipidemia among chefs over 18 years old in catering industry in Changping District of Beijing, and to provide basis for further prevention and control of dyslipidemia. Methods A multistage random sampling method was used to randomly select 18 to 60-year-old resident chefs in restaurants, hotels, restaurants and other units and all the staff in Beijing who had lived in the country for more than 6 months in the past year One-on-one inquiry and focus on medical examination. Results A total of 758 food and beverage chefs in Changping District were surveyed. The rate of dyslipidemia was 50.26%. District catering chef dyslipidemia rate increased with age (P <0.05). Men were higher than women (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, smoking and abdominal obesity were risk factors of dyslipidemia. Conclusion The chef above 18 years old in Changping District has a higher prevalence of dyslipidemia and lipids. Middle-aged and above are the key prevention and treatment of people, should take the necessary interventions to reduce the incidence of dyslipidemia.
