目的总结中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法对门诊确诊为功能性消化不良的108例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组和对照组,随访治疗效果。结果在接受随访的108例患者中,中西医结合组54例,治愈40例,有效51例,无效3例。对照组54例,治愈40例,有效46例,无效8例。结论中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良,治愈率、有效率与西药治疗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 108 patients diagnosed as functional dyspepsia at clinic were randomly divided into two groups: Integrative Medicine group and control group. Results Among the 108 patients who were followed up, 54 cases were treated with combination of TCM and WM, 40 cases were cured, 51 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The control group of 54 cases, 40 cases were cured, 46 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective. Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia, cure rate, effective rate compared with the Western medicine treatment group were significantly different (P <0.05).
