近年来中等职业教育蓬勃发展,而中职院校运用何种高技能人才的培养模式则成为摆在中职教育工作者面前的一个问题。高等院校的高技能人才培养模式应以能力培养为中心,狠抓理论,稳抓实践。以专业人才培养的课程方案为依据,科学、合理地总结方式方法,寻求突破式、创新式的教学改良方案,对培养目标进行更合理更准确的定位,切合学生自身实际情况选择课程内容,从新的出发点构建新的课程体系,使之更为合理,紧密结合生产实际,突出技能实施教学。
In recent years, the vigorous development of secondary vocational education, and vocational colleges to use what kind of highly skilled personnel training mode has become a problem in front of secondary vocational education workers. The training model of highly skilled personnel in colleges and universities should focus on capacity-building, pay close attention to the theory and grasp practice. Based on the curriculum plan of professional personnel training, the methods and methods are scientifically and reasonably summed up, the breakthrough and innovative teaching improvement plan is proposed, the training goal is more reasonable and accurate, and the curriculum content is selected according to the students’ actual conditions. The starting point to build a new curriculum system to make it more reasonable, closely linked to production practice, highlighting the skills to implement teaching.
