从本期起,我们将连载华东师范大学心理咨询中心张亚讲师所写的心理咨询案例集,张亚不仅是华东师范大学心理咨询中心专职心理咨询师,也是中国心理学会临床与咨询心理学专业机构与专业人员注册系统注册心理师,她是复旦大学医学院学士,华东师范大学临床心理学硕士,华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院在读博士。她擅长于催眠治疗与精神动力取向治疗。著有《催眠心经》、《催眠治疗实录》,译有《直视骄阳——征服死亡恐惧》,曾在《心理科学》等核心期刊发表咨询类专业论文数篇,并是多家报刊的专栏撰稿者。
