Human resource management is an important management activity of an enterprise. It is a sub-strategy of an enterprise, and also a professional and applied practice discipline. However, HRM also makes many practitioners feel puzzled and confused. How to select the talents needed by the enterprise? How to carry out the training work pertinently? How to use the right person?
