研究了工艺参数和热处理对压铸AZ91D合金力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,AZ91D合金在普通冷室压铸机条件下可以得到的力学性能为 :σb=2 3 2MPa ,δ5=3 .1% ,HBS为 76,Ak=5 .1J。热处理后的力学性能可达到 :σb=2 43MPa ,δ5=4.6% ,HBS =6 5 ,Ak=19J。通过改善合金液品质和控制压铸工艺参数可以获得满足装饰性或功能性要求的镁合金压铸件 ,并可通过热处理改善其力学性能。
The effect of process parameters and heat treatment on the mechanical properties of die-casting AZ91D alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of AZ91D alloy under common cold chamber die casting machine conditions are: σb = 232MPa, δ5 = 3.1%, HBS 76, Ak = 5.1J. Mechanical properties after heat treatment can be achieved: σb = 2 43MPa, δ5 = 4.6%, HBS = 65, Ak = 19J. By improving the quality of the alloy liquid and controlling the die-casting process parameters, magnesium alloy die-casting products satisfying the decorative or functional requirements can be obtained and the mechanical properties can be improved by heat treatment.
