人体组织消融是利用某种形式的能量有意地除去或破坏病理组织如增生的前列腺、肿瘤、造成心率失常的异常传导路径和正常组织如再造冠状动脉的心肌组织的非手术治疗方法。有效地消融要求根据消融条件和消融源预测组织的温度分布。本文的目的就是给出组织消融时温度随时间和空间的完全分布。本文首先建立组织消融的理论模型 ,然后 ,利用Laplace变换方法给出温度随时间和空间的分布函数。为了在不同消融条件和消融源都可以使用本结果 ,确定一些无量纲参数。最后以图形方式给出了温度随这些无量纲参数的分布并做了一些讨论。
Human tissue ablation is the use of some form of energy to intentionally remove or destroy pathological tissues such as hyperplastic prostate, tumors, aberrant conduction pathways that cause arrhythmias, and non-surgical methods of treating normal tissue such as myocardial tissue in coronary arteries. Effective ablation requires prediction of tissue temperature distribution based on ablation conditions and ablation sources. The purpose of this paper is to give a complete distribution of temperature with time and space when the tissue is ablated. In this paper, the theoretical model of tissue ablation is first established. Then, the distribution function of temperature with time and space is given by Laplace transform. In order to be able to use this result for different ablation conditions and ablation sources, some dimensionless parameters were determined. Finally, the distribution of temperature with these dimensionless parameters is given graphically and some discussions are made.
