一、引言为了进一步推动我国大学英语教学,适应国家改革开放的需要,经教育部主管部门批准,全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会自1999年5月起,开始在部分重点院校实施大学英语口语考试。教育部颁布的《大学英语课程教学要求》也把培养学生的口头交际能力列为大学英语教学的重要目标。
I. INTRODUCTION In order to further promote college English teaching in our country and to meet the needs of national reform and opening up, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the National CET Examination Committee (CET6) has started to implement College English in some key institutions since May 1999 Oral test. The “College English Curriculum Requirements” promulgated by the Ministry of Education also listed students’ oral communicative competence as an important goal of college English teaching.
