近年来,为吸引更多的高学历、高层次人才入驻本地就业创业,各地不惜掷重金招贤纳士。从区域的人才招聘活动到国家级的揽才行动,从单兵作战的部门活动到全体总动员的集体行动,从“请进来”的引才活动到“走出去”的吸才行动,从开放式的人才集市到封闭式的高端洽谈……,其争夺高端人才的形式和手段有愈演愈烈之势。日前,本刊记者走进宁波第十四届“高层次人才智力引进洽谈会”(简称“高洽会”)及第6届“人才科技周”活动,身临其境地领略了一场如火如荼的人才集结行动,感受到了地方政府对各类高层次人才求贤若渴的良苦用心。
