运用流式细胞仪,对临床治疗原发性肺癌的有效复方进行了拆方研究,通过观察太子参等24味药物作用后人肺腺癌SPC-A-1细胞增殖指数、脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)指数、蛋白质指数和细胞周期各时相比例的变化等指标,部分揭示了临床有效复方治疗肺癌的作用机理。同时发现其中对增殖指数抑制率在20%以上的4味药中,有3味是扶正药(绞股蓝、北沙参、人参),提示我们用扶正法治疗肿瘤并不一定意味着传统意义上的“补”,一些补益药亦能直接抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,即“祛邪”。并发现24味单味药中对人肺腺癌SPC-A-1细胞周期作用点各不相同的一些药物,进而可以根据实验结果重组有效复方运用于临床,或根据中西药物各自特点,与化疗药物有机结合,可望能更有效地阻滞癌细胞增殖。
Flow cytometry was used to study the effective combination of clinical treatment of primary lung cancer, and the proliferation index and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of human lung adenocarcinoma SPC-A-1 cells were observed after the action of 24 drugs such as heterophylla. Indexes, protein indices, and changes in the cell cycle ratio at each time point, etc., partially revealed the effective mechanism of clinical compound lung cancer treatment. At the same time, it was found that among the 4 herbs that had an inhibition rate of 20% or more on the proliferation index, 3 of them were Fuzheng (Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Beisha ginseng, and ginseng), suggesting that the treatment of tumors with the righting method does not necessarily mean the traditional sense. “Complementary”, some tonic drugs can also directly inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells, that is, “deficiency.” It has been found that 24 drugs have different effects on the human lung adenocarcinoma SPC-A-1 cell cycle, and they can be used to reconstitute clinically effective compounds based on experimental results, or according to the characteristics of Chinese and Western medicines, and chemotherapy. The organic combination of drugs is expected to be more effective in blocking the proliferation of cancer cells.
