处于小学和初中阶段的学生正处于身心发展的重要时期,也是思想品德形成和发展的关键时期。因此,教师需要在教学过程中运用正确的教育方法,使其形成良好的思想品德,符合他们身心发展的要求,而学校的教育工作不仅是提高学生各学科的知识与技能,还要十分重视他们的思想品德教育,无论是在校内还是校外,课堂教学与社会实践都要紧抓德育的教育和指导工作。本文在分析中小学德育工作督导评价所存在的问题的基础上,提出了相应的解决对策。
