近年来,中日计算机软件领域的合作、合办以及中方软件人员来日就职的情况迅速增长。截止到1991年3月底止,在各种报刊上报道的合办企业(包括2家在华的独资企业)共有50多家。3月份以后又成立了一批软件合办企业,如国家科委管理学院与日本优尼西斯公司合办的“科优软件开发有限公司”,冶金部信息中心与日本CEC公司合办的“Sino Tech-nology”公司等。
In recent years, cooperation and co-operation in the field of computer software between China and Japan and the inauguration of Chinese software personnel in Japan have grown rapidly. As of the end of March 1991, there were more than 50 joint ventures (including two wholly owned enterprises in China) reported in various newspapers and magazines.
