拆卸轴承是机床修理工作中经常遇到的事。一般情况下,只要用皮带扒子就可以把轴承拆卸下来,但有时遇到如图1(轴台肩大于或等于轴承外环)及图3(轴承座孔是盲孔),皮带扒子的爪伸不进去,拉不着轴承。为此,我们根据轴承内外环都有圆角R1~1.5毫米的圆弧部分,设计了拉轴承外环、内环的工具(图1~3)。拉轴承外环时(图2),特别要注意圆弧处R1.5的加工,既不要太大,也不要太小。工具内孔与轴承外环配合为D/d,然后,铣开成两瓣,用两个螺钉联
