随着高等教育改革的不断深入,各高校已经认识到高校体育与社会教育协调发展的重要性。高校体育文化的发展会受到社会教育、社会体育文化等诸多因素的影响,在高校体育发展与规划中,校园体育文化建设已成为一个值得关注的课题。在北京积极准备举办2008年奥运会进程中,用奥林匹克精神推动校园体育文化建设是难得的历史机遇。培养学生“终身体育”意识、能力和树立“以人为本”“健康第一”教育理念与奥林匹克文化的融合将会成为我国高校体育文化发展的基本取向。
With the continuous deepening of higher education reform, all colleges and universities have realized the importance of coordinated development of physical education and social education in colleges and universities. The development of PE culture in colleges and universities will be affected by many factors, such as social education and social sports culture. In the development and planning of PE in colleges and universities, the construction of campus PE culture has become a topic worthy of attention. In the process of Beijing actively preparing for hosting the 2008 Olympic Games, it is a rare historical opportunity to promote the construction of campus sports culture with the Olympic spirit. The cultivation of students’ consciousness and ability of “lifelong physical education” and the establishment of a “people-oriented” “health-first” educational philosophy and the integration of Olympic culture will become the basic orientation for the development of physical culture in colleges and universities in our country.
