本期继续为大家介绍一组迷你带组合训练方法,共6个动作。需要提醒大家的是,在按照步骤练习时,需要根据自身能力选择合适弹性的迷你带进行训练,循序渐进。迷你带平拉练习如图1所示,将迷你带套在双手外侧,双手水平屈臂,然后用力拉至图2所示位置,静止3到5秒,然后恢复到图1所示位置。每个动作重复6至8次,每次做2至3组。动作过程中,腰部不要代偿,肘关节要贴近身体。
