用卡波姆-940为基质,0.3%氧氟沙星和0.5%甲硝唑制备复方凝胶剂。在制剂的质量控制中,采用紫外吸收双波长法和选用293、259、276、310nm同时测定其吸光度值Aλ,消除干扰和测定氧氟沙星及甲硝唑的含量。该复方凝胶剂制备工艺简便,药物释放速度适中,质量控制简便易行。
Compound gel was prepared with carbomer-940 as matrix, 0.3% ofloxacin and 0.5% metronidazole. In the preparation of quality control, the use of UV absorption dual wavelength method and the selection of 293,259,276,310 nm simultaneous determination of the absorbance value Aλ, eliminate interference and determination of ofloxacin and metronidazole content. The preparation method of the compound gel has the advantages of simple preparation process, moderate drug release rate and simple and convenient quality control.
