在小间隙静电放电中,电极移动速度影响放电参数,引起测量结果数离散性和低重复性.该因素和气体压强、温度、湿度等多个因素同时作用,是导致国际电磁兼容标准迄今尚无非接触静电放电测试标准的主要原因.我们研究团队研制的新型测试系统,可测量静电放电各参数随不同因素变化的影响.在控制气体压强、温度、湿度不变的情况下,在以不同速度向靶移动放电时,放电电流峰值、电流的上升斜率以及波形都会产生明显的差异.在实验室条件下基于研发的新型ESD测试系统,改变电极向靶移动速度,观察放电电流峰值的相应变化.研究讨论了实验测试中,通过控制其他因素恒定,改变电极移动速度,获得在一定不同带电电压下小间隙放电电流各参数的差异.对实验测量结果初步进行了理论上的分析,可为深入研究非接触静电放电性质提供参考.“,”In small gaps electrostatic discharge,electrode movement speed affects the discharge parameters,and results in low discreteness and repetitive measurement.This factor together with gas pressure,temperature,humidity,and other factors commonly lead to the lack of international EMC standards of non-contacting electrostatic discharge so far.The new test system developed by our team,can be measured the changes of electrostatic discharge parameters with different factors.When we control the gas pressure,temperature,humidity with no changes,the peak discharge current,current rising slope and waveform will have obvious difference with discharged target moved to the different speeds.Under laboratory conditions and the research and development of new ESD test system,we change the motor speed effect of related factors to observe the peak discharge current of the corresponding change.This text introduces the experimental tests by changing the electrode movement speed obtained under different electric voltage to a certain fixed gap difference between the parameters of discharge current.The experimental results are analyzed in theory and this can provide a reference for further study of non-contact electrostatic discharge properties.
