蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金于1996年设立。根据基金理事会通过的《蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金章程》,蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金主要用于奖励对我国企业改革和企业管理做出突出贡献的理论工作者和企业家,以繁荣管理科学,推动我国企业改革的深入发展和企业管理水平的提高。蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金奖第六届评奖活动拟于2015年6月-8月进行。本次评奖的对象主要是2013年1月至2014年12月期间我国理论工作者和实际工作者发表的优秀论著。本次评奖拟奖励优秀著作5部、优秀论文10篇,其中优秀著作每部奖励2万元,优秀论
