新时代的教师不仅要有渊博的知识、端庄的仪表、优雅的风度、健康的体魄这些业务上和仪表上的素质,还应该有一个最不可缺少的前提条件,那就是——师爱。教育是植根于爱的,爱是教育的源泉。热爱学生,不仅是一名教师人品、学识、情感与亲和力的展现,实际上更多的是倾注了我们教师对祖国、对人类、对未来的热爱。那到底什么是师爱,师爱有何重要性,教师如何爱学生呢。本文将就此加以论述。
Teachers in the new era should not only have profound knowledge, dignified instruments, elegant demeanor, and healthy body, but also have the most indispensable prerequisite for their business and instrumental qualities. Education is rooted in love, love is the source of education. Love students, not only is a teacher character, knowledge, emotion and affinity show, in fact, more devoted our teachers love of the motherland, to mankind, to the future. In the end what is teacher love, what is the importance of teacher love, teachers how to love students. This article will be discussed in this regard.
