采用原始静态变形抗力模型,并考虑入口、出口弹性变形轧制力对模型的道次影响系数,进行计算优化,建立了1个优化的变形抗力模型。2种模型的对比表明,优化的模型精度更高,提高了轧制力的计算精度。
The original static deformation resistance model is adopted, and the influence coefficient of pass deformation of entry and exit elastic deformation on the model is taken into account and optimized. An optimized deformation resistance model is established. The comparison between the two models shows that the optimized model is more accurate and the calculating precision of the rolling force is improved.
