玻璃熔窑是玻璃工厂中消耗能源最多的热工设备,一般占全厂能耗的75%以上。如何提高玻璃熔窑的热效率,降低能耗,是当前研究的重要课题之一。近些年来,我国对玻璃熔窑进行了以节能为中心的技术改造,取得了一些效果。但是,整个水平和国外先进指标相比,差距还相当大。以瓶罐玻璃熔窑为例,从熔化率、单耗、热效率来看,大致相当于国外六十年代水平(见表1)。
Glass melting furnace is the most energy-consuming thermal equipment in the glass factory, accounting for more than 75% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant. How to improve the thermal efficiency of glass furnace, reduce energy consumption, is one of the important topics of current research. In recent years, China has carried out energy-saving technological transformation on glass melting furnace, and achieved some results. However, compared with the advanced indicators of foreign countries, the gap is still quite large. Taking the glass melting furnace for example, from the melting rate, unit consumption, thermal efficiency point of view, roughly equivalent to the level of foreign sixties (see Table 1).
