考虑砂轮主轴转动系统工作状态随机、中介、不可知等不确定性的影响,在对其进行故障树分析的基础上,引入集对分析理论,建立一种两者结合的集对故障树模型。推导了模型中常用的逻辑门集对算子并给出了模型的基本分析流程。以联系度表征各事件状态,求得砂轮主轴转动系统发生故障的可能性区间,并提出针对性的改进措施。结果表明,此分析方法更加全面,客观,为砂轮主轴转动系统可靠性分析提供了良好的理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the fault tree, this paper introduces the theory of set pair analysis and establishes a set-pair fault tree model based on the combination of the two. The common set of operators in the model is derived and the basic analysis flow of the model is given. The contact degree is used to characterize the state of each event, and the possible interval of wheel spindle rotation system failure is obtained, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The results show that this method is more comprehensive and objective, which provides a good theoretical basis for the reliability analysis of the wheel spindle rotation system.
