两性霉素B(AMB)是临床常用的多烯类抗真菌药。以往多使用微生物法测定人血清中AMB的浓度;但微生物法受多种因素影响,敏感性、重现性差,也缺乏专一性,检测时间长,测定受血清中其它药物干扰。本文报道了用HPLC法测定血清中AMB。此法具有检测快(保留时间10分钟),专一性强,灵敏度高,所需血样少,不受血清胆红素的影响,也不受常规使用药物的干扰(包括14种抗生素,9种抗肿痛药物以及扑热息痛、
Amphotericin B (AMB) is a clinically used polyene antifungal. In the past, the concentration of AMB in human serum was mostly determined by using the microbiological method. However, the microbiological method was affected by many factors, and its sensitivity and reproducibility were poor. There was also lack of specificity. The detection time was long and the determination was influenced by other drugs in the serum. This article reports the determination of serum AMB by HPLC.
