9月4日,遭受“5·12”汶川地震、“8·14”特大山洪泥石流灾害重创的映秀镇,迎来一场磅礴大雨。但这一切并没有阻止中建七局三公司人援建的坚定步伐,映秀项目部克服灾后地质环境复杂、交通严格管制、设备材料运输不便、劳动力不充足等重重困难,在大雨的洗礼中如期举行复工仪式,全面恢复施工生产,打响了“坚决完成援建任务,誓死建设美丽映秀”的攻坚战。
