目的探讨葛根素注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2000年～2007年国内医药学术期刊报道的71例葛根素注射液致不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果变态反应是葛根素注射液最常见的不良反应,其次为溶血性贫血、药物热,最严重的不良反应为溶血性贫血、过敏性休克甚至导致死亡。结论过敏体质者慎用葛根素,使用时严格掌握适应证、使用疗程不宜过长,并考虑个体化给药。
Objective To study the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by puerarin injection and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on 71 cases of adverse reactions caused by puerarin injection reported in domestic medical academic journals from 2000 to 2007. Results Allergy was the most common adverse reaction of puerarin injection, followed by hemolytic anemia and drug fever. The most serious adverse reactions were hemolytic anemia, anaphylactic shock and even death. Conclusion Puerarin is used with caution in allergic persons, and the indications must be strictly controlled when used, and the duration of treatment should not be too long. Individualized administration should be considered.
