作者对枣的变种、品种和酸枣类型共111个种质材料进行了染色体数目鉴定,发现‘赞皇大枣’为三倍体(2n=3x=36),其余均为二倍体(2n=2x=24)。文章还就枣和酸枣的染色体基数及倍性问题进行了讨论。
The author identified 111 varieties of jujube germplasm with different varieties, varieties and jujube varieties. The results showed that ’Zanhuang jujube’ was triploid (2n = 3x = 36), others were diploid (2n = 2x = 24). The article also discussed the chromosome number and ploidy of jujube and jujube.
