对辽宁省境内296条河流、214座水库进行了水功能区划,拟定了各区水质目标,并对功能区水质达标状况进行了评价分析。评价分析结果显示,各流域全年达标区段256个,占区段总数的44%;达标河长6 966.7 km,占评价总河长的50%。此次水功能区划中发现:全国实行统一的水环境质量标准,不利于反映水体的具体生态及功能特点;自动监测化学需氧量技术设备比较昂贵,维护费用也较高,不利作评价指标。这些问题在今后水功能区划研究中有待进一步研究。
Water functional zoning was carried out for 296 rivers and 214 reservoirs in Liaoning Province. The water quality targets of all districts were formulated and the water quality standards of functional areas were evaluated and analyzed. The results of evaluation and analysis show that all drainage areas reached 256 standard sections throughout the year, accounting for 44% of the total sections; the target river length was 6 966.7 km, accounting for 50% of the total river length for evaluation. The water function zoning found: the implementation of a unified national water quality standards, is not conducive to reflect the specific ecological and functional characteristics of water bodies; automatic monitoring of chemical oxygen demand more expensive equipment, maintenance costs are higher, adverse for evaluation. These issues in the future study of water function zoning needs further study.
