目的:用一氯氮合成酶(NOS)抑制剂 NG-硝基-左旋-精氨酸甲脂(L-NAME)兔耳静脉注入,观察L-NAME对家兔脊髓缺血再灌流损伤后脊髓血流量(SCBF)的影响.方法:采用肾动脉下腹主动脉(IRA)阻断方法将动物分为两组:对照组和治疗组,观察时相15min、30min、1h、2h、4h、6h.结果:治疗组与脊髓缺血再灌流损伤比较,再灌流后15min和6h脊髓灰质血流量(SgBF)有显著升高(P<0.01);再灌流后30min、1h、2h、4h虽然SCBF比损伤组有升高,但无统计学意义.治疗组再灌流后15min脊髓白质(SwBF)显著升高(P<0.01).结论:选用NOS抑制剂L-NAME对脊髓缺血再灌流损伤SCBP具有改善作用.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of L-NAME on the spinal cord after spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits by injecting NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) Blood flow (SCBF) effects. Methods: The animals were divided into two groups according to the method of blocking the abdominal aorta (IRA) of the renal artery: the control group and the treatment group. The observation time was 15min, 30min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h. Results: Compared with spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury, the spinal cord gray matter blood flow (SgBF) increased significantly (P <0.01) at 15 min and 6 h after reperfusion in rats. At 30 min, 1 h, 2 h and 4 h after reperfusion, SCBF Than the injury group increased, but not statistically significant. Spinal cord white matter (SwBF) was significantly increased 15 min after reperfusion in treatment group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The use of NOS inhibitor L-NAME can improve SCBP after spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury.
