水是生命之源,土是生存之本。因资源开发、工程建设等的影响,近年来,江西各地人为造成的水土流失现象十分严重,以致土地肥力下降,水体水质恶化,山体滑坡和泥石流等自然灾害频发。统计数据显示,当前,我省水土流失面积已达3万多平方公里,并仍呈进一步增加的趋势。日前,记者在随省人大环保赣江行检查采访组的采访中发现,一些地方在重视经济建设的同时,却轻视对水土资源的保护,弃土随意倒,泥水到处流。皮之不存,毛将焉附?
