【背景材料】 材料一:从2003年下半年开始,针对经济运行中出 现的突出矛盾和问题,中央从实际出发,采取经济、法律 和行政的综合措施,加强固定资产投资宏观调控,促进 了国民经济平稳较快发展。 材料二:保证市场经济健康运行,必须依法规范市 场经济活动。如打造诚信社会,查处制假售假行为,实施 食品放心工程,打击走私、非法传销和洗钱等违法犯罪 活动。
