本文论述了ICRP第26号出版物发表以来对X、γ线外照射有效剂量当量(H_E)的研究中的各类问题,主要述及的问题有H_E评价中的人体模型、有关组织、剂量当量计算法、个人剂量计的正确刻度和使用以及以照射量为基础的比较法等。由于辐射的能量和入射角度对H_E都有影响,欲自个人剂量计指示值推定H_E,就必须了解入射方向和辐射的能量分布,否则推定误差会很大(如低能辐射和PA方向)。H_E的研究涉及个人剂量评价、管理诸方面的所有内容,所以开展本项研究无疑会促进个人剂量评价的合理化。
This article discusses various issues in the study of effective dose equivalents (H_E) of X, γ rays after the publication of ICRP Publication No. 26, and focuses on the human models in H_E evaluation, relevant tissues, dose equivalents Calculation method, the correct calibration and use of personal dosimeter and comparison method based on the amount of radiation. Since the energy of the radiation and the angle of incidence have an effect on H_E, to infer H_E from the personal dosimeter’s indication, it is necessary to know the energy distribution of the incident direction and radiation, otherwise the estimation error will be large (such as low energy radiation and PA direction). The study of H_E involves all aspects of personal dose evaluation and management, so carrying out this study will undoubtedly promote the rationalization of individual dose evaluation.
