线肌病（ｎｅｍ ａｌｉｎｅ ｍ ｙｏｐａｔｈｙ）首先在１９６３ 年由Ｓｈｙ 和Ｃｏｎｅｎ 等人描述，它属于一种先天性肌病 。这些肌肉病变是根据肌纤维的结构异常而定义的，结构异常经肌肉活检部位的组化法染色后可以观察到。线肌病的组织学定义的根据是病人肌纤维中出现线状或棒状小体。
The nemineopathy, first described by Shy and Conen et al. In 1963, belongs to a congenital myopathy. These muscle lesions are defined by the structural abnormalities of muscle fibers, which can be observed by histochemical staining of muscle biopsies. The histological definition of myopathy is based on the appearance of linear or rod bodies in the patient’s muscle fibers.
