数字图书馆建设既面临自身知识产权保护问题,又面临文献资源数字化过程中的版权问题,及信息资源数据库的知识产权保护问题;既有法律保护的不完善,又有技术防范的反作用。
The construction of digital library not only confronts its own intellectual property protection, but also faces copyright issues in digitalization of literature resources and intellectual property protection of information resources database. The existing legal protection is imperfect and there is a counter-reaction of technical prevention.
