随着新时期的不断发展以及医院改革体制的不断深化,医院财务的绩效管理优化策略也将作为重要的内容参与到医院管理的体制之中。绩效管理的最大优点在于能将主体的行动和业务、组织的战略与资源的配置完美有机的结合起来,从而使资源配置得到优化。然而,新形势下的财务预算管理却随着制度的不完善逐渐暴露出一些漏洞和弊端,严重影响了医院的资源配置效率等诸多问题。现笔者主要通过浅析医院财务的绩效管理中出现的一些问题,深入的探讨问题的方针以及优化策略,旨在为医院的管理体制的完善略尽绵薄。
With the continuous development of the new era and the continuous deepening of the hospital reform system, the performance management optimization strategy of the hospital finance will also participate as an important part in the hospital management system. The biggest advantage of performance management is that it can optimize the allocation of resources by combining the action and business of the main body, the organization’s strategy and the allocation of resources perfectly and organically. However, the financial budget management in the new situation gradually reveals some loopholes and malpractices with the imperfection of the system, which seriously affects many problems such as the efficiency of the hospital’s resource allocation. Now I mainly through the analysis of hospital financial performance management of some of the problems, in-depth discussion of the problem guidelines and optimization strategies designed to perfect the hospital’s management system is slightly thinner.
