本文首先论述了相对中心光强度这一象质评价方法的应用。虽然光学传递函数方法现已逐渐推广应用,但相对中心光强度方法对小象差系统仍有重要的应用意义。文中介绍了在光学系统成象的相对中心光强度的计算中的有关问题,计算方法是直接根据相对中心光强度的表示式进行数值积分,而不是象通常那样采用近似表示式。文章最后列举了相对中心光强度方法的一些应用实例。
This paper firstly discusses the application of the method of evaluating the relative center light intensity. Although the optical transfer function method has been gradually popularized and applied, the relative center light intensity method still has important application significance to the small aberration system. In this paper, the relative problems in the calculation of the relative central light intensity of the optical system imaging are introduced. The calculation method is based on the numerical integration of the relative central light intensity expression rather than the approximate expression. Finally, the article lists some application examples of relative center light intensity method.
