近年来,全球经济格局发生了巨大变化,发达经济体加快改革调整,再工业化取得新的进展,新兴经济体快速崛起,国与国之间的相互合作、相互联系更加紧密。中国在准确把握世界经济发展的新潮流、综合国力和影响力不断上升的前提和基础上,倡导区域共赢合作新理念、谋求新发展,以大国的勇气和担当,主动推进“一带一路”国家战略、高标准自贸区战略、亚洲基础设施投资银行为代表的新一轮国际区域合作框架,统筹国内国际发展。为应对全球格局新变化的压力和挑战,赢得新的区域合作的主动,从而赢得新的发展的主动,本刊特邀请几位知名专家,以“新开放,新合作,新发展”为内容,商讨相关问题,以期推进中国作为一个新兴大国对世界经济发展做出更大的贡献。
In recent years, the global economic pattern has undergone tremendous changes. Developed economies have accelerated their reform and readjustment, made further progress in re-industrialization, and rapidly emerged emerging economies. The mutual cooperation among countries has become more closely linked. China, on the premise of accurately grasping the new trend of global economic development and increasing national strength and influence, advocates a new concept of win-win cooperation in the region and seeks for new developments. With the courage and responsibility of the great powers, China has taken the initiative to promote “the Belt and Road, ”National strategy, a high standard free-trade zone strategy, and a new round of international regional cooperation framework represented by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will make overall plans for domestic and international development. To cope with the pressures and challenges of new changes in the global pattern and to win the initiative of new regional cooperation so as to win the initiative of new development, the magazine invited several well-known experts to “open up new cooperation and new development” to Content, discuss relevant issues, with a view to promoting China as a new big country to make greater contribution to the world economic development.
